If I could issue a 1/2 star, I would. Blake, after giving us a pre-aporoval letter, instructed me to let him know when we signed the closing contract for a piece of land we were interested in obtaining. When we tried to contact Blake concerning getting financed for the land loan, he never answered back to my text messages, email, or voice mail. I've never been so shocked at the lack of communication. If Blake was not interested in helping us out, all he had to do is reply back and state he was no longer interested or pass us... read more
