They changed fraud departments, yet the old number is still tied into their system when you call it. My card was stolen and used, however, I I can't even find what agent or Dept. to call when I need to report my debit card stolen. I have to just "Wait till they open". Very dissatisfied with Alliance Bank. I liked the bank better as First National Bank, before the "merge." 😞
