The bank president was extremely rude and unprofessional with my mother today over issues beyond mom's control. The president threatened to close my mother's account and continued to verbally assault her on the phone while she was attempting to work with clients at the driving school. All of this because mom mentioned the initial rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed on the first of two phone calls made by the bank president this morning.
Allie at First National Bank in Troy is amazing. She went above and beyond to help me today. Best customer service I’ve ever received at a bank. Thank you, Allie!
