Best bank around hands down.
This bank goes above and beyond. HIGHLY recommend!
If you have any legal documents, be sure to educate the staff on the proper way to handle them. This bank does not provide that education to their staff. They unstapled 2 pieces of paper (court document) because they couldn't be bothered to flip over the page to copy, voiding the legal document.
Carol and the team are fantastic! The entire loan process was very personable and the customer service was outstanding. Working with the First National Bank of Milaca was refreshing and a night and day difference from my experience with large banking institutions.
