Per my last review, I wanted to clear up a couple of issues. I just discovered 5 blocked voice mails from the person I have tried to reach on various times. I really don’t have a clue how this happened. Folks at this bank are very nice, and it’s just a good hometown bank. Just need to receive statements to make payments.
I have experienced a communication problem since I applied and received a HELOC from FNBMT. The person I need to get in contact with, seems to never get my voice mails, emails and messages from the persons who answermy call. I never received the information of when my payment is due. Other issues have risen that I need an answer on. I am told he is in the office, but I never hear back.
