Started off good and ended bad. How a bank gonna tell me what to do with MY money! I referred my son! They been playing with his account since day one! The guy that works there is so unprofessional and that’s who keeps giving my son problems from day 1. We’re CLOSING his account TODAY! 2 ladies are ok! The bank SUCKS!

I can’t say enough good things about First National! As a small business owner, they do so many small things differently that make them easy to do business with. Highly recommend!
Very friendly staff that was able to help me with my business transaction. Worked with the manager Joe, who was very knowledgeable.
Completely disrespectful branch manager. Went in to open an additional account with special requirements.sat down with Joe Ludy branch manager. He flat out refused to listen to me with documentation in front of him he asked six times about the wrong person. It was clear he was not listening, to me, reading the documentation in front of him and not comprehending my needs.
