Completely disrespectful branch manager. Went in to open an additional account with special requirements.sat down with Joe Ludy branch manager. He flat out refused to listen to me with documentation in front of him he asked six times about the wrong person. It was clear he was not listening, to me, reading the documentation in front of him and not comprehending my needs.
