I wonder when the drive-through etiquette changed at the Onalaska branch. I send my tube in and no one greets me so I have no clue if they’re working on mine or not then I feel like I’m being rude when I look in the window to see if there’s anybody in there working on it I love the ladies at this branch, but the drive-through etiquette needs a little improvement. I miss the days of being greeted when I send the tube up. I’m a very friendly person and I used to work for the bank as well so I know how it goes. I love you ladie... read more
