The lady I talked to on the phone was very rude! Not a way to get new customers
Would give zero stars if I could. Literally spent 3 years with the worst bank outside of Nigeria that exists. They charge paper statement fees and service charges on accounts with contracts for estatements. Overdraft accounts that have no overdraft policies. They have no customer service line after like 5pm on week days and none on weekends. If you need your debit card unlocked on a Saturday, for example, you have to search high and low for an, essentially, hidden phone number to do so. Finally, after transferring all of my ... read more
