Excellent Customer Service!! Lytle Thomas has a great staff! I always feel very welcome when I walk into this branch. We have closed 3 business and 2 personal accounts with US Bank and have all of our accounts with First National Bank. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly and ready to help you with your banking needs. I highly recommend this bank.
Megan went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with all my banking needs. They do great work and my girlfriend and I trust them.
This bank is impressive. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with a smile and offered refreshments. The ambience of the interior feels more like a luxury resort than a bank. The staff is courteous, knowladgeable and eager to help. You're likely going to be welcomed by a branch manager who is equally warm and inviting and genuinely glad to see you.
