Cant believe they charge for a notary when you have a account with them. Used to be $10. Don't know what it is now. First national bank in Burlington has no charge. Apparently bank owner is greedy.
We were attempting to get a home loan, only to find out 3 days before our closing date that “there is no way we can close the 1st, it’ll be at least two weeks”, which we would never have even figured out if the title company had not called.
