I had one of the best banking experiences ever at this branch! The service was incredibly informative and efficient. I want to especially shout out Ebony Moore, the AVP branch manager, for her outstanding support. Highly recommend this bank!
Upon entering First National Bank, I received a very warm greeting and a “How may I help you?” I was directed to have a seat and offered water and coffee, while I waited. The wait was less than 5 minutes. I was opening a new account. The bank manager, Ebony Moore, took very good care of me. Ms Ebony walked me through the process, every step of the way.
