Refused to cash my tax refund check from the US Treasury. It has a watermark and scannable QR code easily proving it is legitimate. Defrauding the US Treasury equals 10 years in prison. Do you really think I would risk that for $700? Just another example of privatized America putting policy before serving others. Not happy.
