I had an issue with a truck title and the manager, Dustin Campbell, was kind enough to help me resolve it. He took the time to type up a release of lean that I needed to get the title transferred and assured me that it would go out in todays mail. All of this at about 3:30pm the day before Thanksgiving. Wow so glad to see I'm not the only one that's frustrated about the system goes down way too often. Last time it went down. They mentioned something about you'll have access to $200 while the system was down. As long you have the money to cover it course. But after today that's been proven wrong. Come August taking some time off. To change banks. I'm so done with this bank
