I used to love this bank years ago when I opened my account. I thought it was just me until I read the reviews. This bank has went down in its customer service-especially Ashley. As a long standing customer I don’t expect to be spoken to the way I was by her. And according to the reviews this bank does not care at all how their employees treat clients. 0 stars if I could. First of all, I’ll start off by saying if you work a 8 to 5 job or later or earlier, this is not the bank for you. They close early during the week and have no weekend hours available. And to top that off the app OR online service never works. If you want to check your balance or do anything you have to drive to an atm. Not only will this bank try to rake as much money possible from you but they are unable to help you with any simple questions regarding your account at all.
