There is an older lady at the drive thru window often, that has semi long gray hair and she is absolutely hateful! I went to deposit money today and waited for 10 minutes to be helped, which was fine. I was patiently waiting my turn. She helped both customers at her window before even acknowledging that I was there. Then I was “greeted” with a very hateful “do you need something?” I said yes, I was waiting on some deposit slips to make a deposit. Monday July 16th 2021 I walked into the lobby to open a bank account and was completely ignored..One woman was standing behind the counter Shuffling papers and did not acknowledge me. Another lady walked by me twice and didn't say a word. I moved here a year ago and was looking to become part of this community but if this is how they run their Banking I will leave it in my home state..Driving 10 hrs is better then being treated as if I don't matter
