Through better or worse First Bank Hampton has always had my back! I appreciate the patience and knowledge. Thank you Steph!
Went through divorce, my ex wife handled all this stuff. Going through it as a first timer with no experience working with this bank was very difficult. Loan officer Steph seemed like she expected me to know things I didn't know. And she seemingly got annoyed when I asked questions, and she was constantly talking over me and interrupting me. I lost half my household income and yet they raised my mortgage. Needless to say I went to a different bank, got lower interest rates and lower monthly payments. Don't let this bank fool... read more
