Bank doesnt want to help customers. Abby has to make a phone call for any question you ask her. Management isnt helpful. Told me I couldnt cash my savings bond. A federal bank that refuses to cash bonds. Insane. They sent me an hour away to a bank that still wouldnt do it. Groton bank is the worst. Find a bank that cares and doesnt feel burdened by your presence.
First National Bank of Groton, Moravia office is an awesome bank. Local, willing to work with me through the years. Kind, friendly, considerate staff. Andy is an amazing person to work with. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love this Bank all the staff members are very nice all I have to do is pull up to the drive-thru ask him to put it in my account they look at me know it's me and just make the transaction happen I can drive away without even waiting big shout out to Matt and Laurie as well very good bank managers
