This Bank is the slackest...They will put on hold and not answer then hangup and close for business. The loan officer is never there...It's hit or miss with this place...Will be carrying my business to a more reputable bank.
This bank is the place to go if you want to do business with someone who is trying to do the right thing. While completing some unusual transactions, I consistently received friendly and effective customer service, from the first person I talked to on the phone all the way to the leadership of the bank. I could not recommend them any more highly.
I have been banking with FNB of Griffin for at least 20 years or more. I can honestly say that I have not had any negative experiences. They have always treated me like family. And they are the best at working hard to prevent any kind of fraud from affecting your accounts. I am extremely happy with their services and staff. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
