I don’t think I could be more underwhelmed and frustrated with a bank. We bought our commercial property with Grand Ridge and while the loan process wasn’t awful, we were forced to switch all of our banking to them and that’s where things have gotten awful. Between low interest rates so that your money doesn’t grow much, high checking minimums, and subpar customer service with no alternatives offered- I’d encourage everyone, but especially business owners to bank elsewhere. It was a great experience. John Traversa helped us out. He helped us quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. Impressed with 100 year history. Very much worth the ride out from Northwest Indiana for your highly competitive interest rate.
