I am having the worst experiance ever with this bank (First National Bank in Gilmer, Tx). I came in this morning to close out my moms checking account. I have the proper court documents as she passed away on 07-10-2022. I spoke with the lady at the first desk when you go in the door. She informed me that she would have to send documents to the bank attorney to be approved. I asked to speak to bank president and she would not notify president.
