Had a fraud occur on my account fraud department could only go back 60 days according to their banking policy period a policy that I had no idea of. The fraud department did get me back $500 out of the $1,770 that was stolen from my account. But the bank tells me I'm responsible to get the rest of my money by fighting the scammers who took it.
