Had a fraud occur on my account fraud department could only go back 60 days according to their banking policy period a policy that I had no idea of. The fraud department did get me back $500 out of the $1,770 that was stolen from my account. But the bank tells me I'm responsible to get the rest of my money by fighting the scammers who took it. The scammers took a little bits at a time that's why I never noticed it until I downloaded their banking app. Thankful for the 500 that got me back but I do believe they could do bette... read more
