Great branch awesome folks to workwith,tellers need help at the hwy22 & massard st. location
The 24 hour phone line is just a line telling you they are closed, they never want to cash checks, processing takes a ridiculous amount of time, accounts constantly disconnecting from linked accounts, authorized payments get blocked, and system always crashes conveniently while they are closed. Overall just a trash bank. Good luck getting any help on the weekend. If it’s not one thing it’s another with them
