My uncle defaulted on a loan. I didn't know it. When I was injured at work I let him take over payments on my property. The lien was on his name and transferred to my property. Now the bank wants me to pay to have the lien removed, though they also have another property with the same lien on it that's worth more than mine. I'm a 100% disabled veteran, not a lot of money.
