This bank has the dumbest rules and restrictions I’ve ever seen. You need to have a NJ license to open an account, and no one can be outside the bank 4 minutes prior to their opening for them to open. How idiotic is that?! Why don’t you show up earlier to work rather than showing up at 8:26, 4 mins before the bank open to better service your customers? Thank God I bank with Navy Federal.
It’s a nice bank; staff is friendly, the bank is getting better at training their employees. Normally going to pay extra on my loan, it takes them a while to figure out how to adjust the program to place the extra payment towards the principle. There’s also a lack of communication between the loan department and the bank staff. Other than that the girls are efficient and quick when it comes to deposits and withdrawals.
