Been with then since 1991 & I wouldn't go anywhere else, the staff @ the Freeoport Branch are extremely polite, happy, helpful & fun to be round.

Do not recommend I've had this bank account for 25 years. And just recently I got a certified letter telling me they were closing my bank account, but not telling me why I recommend going to a different bank. That actually has it shit together. They only have 4 people, 95% of the time you're not going to get a response. And I have proof of all this, I'll add it to my review. Closed my best friends account she had for 25 years because they were being disrespectful about disputing a charge so she called them stupid and a mother later they close her account mind you it's linked to stuff she needed to pay and it's the holidays like who does that to single mother's with no family. Cancel this bank, people, if not for me for a mom that didn't deserve this right now.
Closed my aunt and grandpas account they had for 25 years just because they can't take criticism I'm 14 and I can take being called stupid if I'm being stupid I'm not gonna close an account a month later because im in my feeling over it. This bank should be closed and not be allowed to operate. Soft people shouldn't work in customer service.
