Trying to make a truck payment to them is dang near impossible I am now going to drive. All the way down there just to open a acct so I can just have them do a auto draw on the acct since they can’t seem to do it externally While I’m at it I will bring them a messenger pigeon so they don’t have to chisel on a tablet to get a message through
FNBD does such a great job. They have provided me with funding that have made my business possible. Top notch.
Customer service is terrible. They made a mistake with my account and when asked to fix it they gave me the run around and made me feel terrible for trying to get my money back. After calling and going in multiple times I was issued a cashiers check. I would never recommend this bank to my friends.
