My experiences with First National Bank of Clinton have been nothing but excellent. I have been a customer for 13 years and have been very pleased with the staff and the service. The tellers know their customers by name and make you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone new coming into the area.

This bank has the most poorly trained employees I have ever encountered. They are completely lacking in customer service skills. I dealt with three low level employees in person. Later, I was denied access to a supervisor by telephone. I only wanted to close an account. I cant believe how difficult they made it. Only after I got very frustrated and upset did they choose to close the account for me. There are plenty of good banks in Clinton. This however, is NOT one of them!!!
