The customer service was good until the merger with FNC. Now, it’s become typical of the terrible service you get from big companies—uncaring, unprofessional, unfriendly, unhelpful, rushed to get you off the phone, and completely unorganized. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

I have had a checking account at This banking company for 40 plus years. At one time it was a great bank when it was a Chatsworth banking company. Now that they have merged with other banks, they have become pathetic. Most of the problems I have had have been with the Calhoun, GA location and that is because I work 2 miles from it.
