I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I’ve been a loyal member since I was 16, yet I was treated with total dismissiveness. I am currently requesting my third debit card because the chips and inserts consistently fail, a problem other members have told me they are also experiencing. When I asked for an expedited replacement or an explanation, the representative was rude, suggesting I 'wipe it off' and questioning if the issue was just at one store. The customer service was good until the merger with FNC. Now, it’s become typical of the terrible service you get from big companies—uncaring, unprofessional, unfriendly, unhelpful, rushed to get you off the phone, and completely unorganized. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
