Wonderful bank of ours for the last 10 years. Have taken care of all our financial needs.
The made many changes to the drive thru ATM and interactions in general. It seems to work fine but I did not think they did a very good job with the transition, especially when it came to the customers knowing what to do...no letters, messages, social media announcements. As is the norm these day, FNBCT just seemed to take on the "oh well, they'll figure it out" attitude and approach.
I like the bank friendly people. I was rude one day talking to them and they were nice and actually changed my attitude. Can’t have a bad day when the bank was nice lol
The most friendly people in Waco. Changed to this bank quite some time back and have never regretted it. They are always ready to help me either by phone or in person
