Took too long to have fraudulent funds returned to our account. It took over a month to get our money back from a clearly fraudulent check that was written on our account and cashed. Bank does not look at signatures or checks that are being presented so that is why fraudulent transactions occur. Why do we sign documents with signatures that are valid only to have bank not check and see if a valid signature is on a check that is presented for payment.
