I love this bank. I love the small town feel but big time service. I love being able to call and an actual person answers the phone. Erin and everyone in the loan department are top notch. The tellers are always friendly. Great job First National Bank of Blanchester. You are what banks used to be, before they sold out and lost the connection with their customers.
Been to a couple different banks this ones definitely a bit more strict on how you do mobile deposits then others take it for what it's worth but I know that certain people will accept checks a day early but sometimes you get someone else who more strick on it and will make you wait another day before accepting it,I wish you could call the bank at anytime and leave a message instead you gotta wait till there open not a big deal but my 3 other banks all allow you to leave messages and they will get back to you, never like the... read more
I absolutely love my bank! I have had many loans thru them. I will never have another. I am a life long customer. If I need anything they are always there. The customer service they provide is so unique. I feel like family. Thank you for a wonder 25 years and here to 25 more!
