“Relationship first” as I’m talking to a computer sitting on hold🤥 Cadence Bank is bad and a huge headache. “Digital convenient” more lies. I miss just calling the bank and talking to someone and problem solved in under 10 min no hold and no computer.
These people are vile. Refusing to release my elderly grandmother’s CD’s because they said she’s “not of sound mind”. I didn’t realize that yalls employees doubled as medical professionals. We had to jump through so many hoops to get my grandmother her money to transfer it to a different bank. Nobody is happy with this cadence merger, I know my grandmother was one of many who wanted to withdraw her accounts. Is this how yall treat all of the elderly people that come in your doors??
