FNNB was a good bank in past, but now they treat me like I dont count. I have a flourishing business and after 9 years with these folks I am ready to fly the coop' so to speak. They could care less about help and refused to advance me $500 for surgery in Feb 2022 on collateral I have paid down $15,000 to date. The mortgage lender who assisted us seemed incompetent. My realtor and the sellers realtor we’re both stunned by the behavior of the Mortage lender. Her attitude and lack of initiative could have caused us to lose the home we bought. Myself and the realtor had to be constantly get in contact with her since none of the paperwork was being submitted in time. According to my realtor we could have closed out 3 week earlier if it wasn’t for the employees negligence.
