Have had a few issues with bank. Only had the acct for almost 4 years. But for the last few months. Major issues. Deducting money from someone without authorization. Locking us out from paying bills. Even when no money has been spent that day. Just tonight it was a Wal-Mart trip. 45 min from the store. So 1.5 hour drive wasted. Plus the time in store shopping. REMOVING MY MONEY AND GOING TO ANOTHER BANK...... my suggestion dont use this bank and if you know anyone who does. Tell them to change banks.
I am trying to get ahold of somebody in the bank due to the fact that I deposited my check from work yesterday and they turned around and deducted the whole thing this morning for no reason. Now they have left me where I can put gas in my vehicles or get groceries for my kids. I need somebody to get ahold of me ASAP. We have a major problem this is the second time you guys have don't this to us. And you guys have never wanted to help us with anything. So the problem needs to be fixed. NOW.
Pretty bad when you have to get check registers from another bank. Who has time to go inside.
