Great location and amazing staff. Emily and Amanda took time to walk me through an account transition. They explained options and helped me through the process. They have always shown great relational customer service to my family. Also, Devin in customer service was greater. She was helpful, caring and engaged as if we were sitting face to face in the branch. At this location, you are not just an account number. You are a name, and they know you!👍

I have been with this bank for years now and never had a problem. I go to this bank and have my first issue in almost a decade. I don’t even live out here and only went here because I work nearby. I closed an account on October 21st, 2023 and was told it would be closed within 24-48 hours. A few weeks went by and not only was the account still open they charged me NSF fees after being told it would be closed. Worst bank ever customer service is just awful very rude Definitely leaving bank Always closed Never many to pick from to go to We get paid on Tuesdays and banks don't even release our check until Friday I'm over it definitely go to a different bank
