I have worked with this bank for the purchase of several properties and have had nothing but exceptional service. Great bank with a hometown approach to lending.
Horrible customer service, very unprofessional, and immature. My daughter had an issue with her card and got hung up on and every time she tried calling back the woman or child I should say kept hanging up on her. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star
Never use this ATM! It approved my transaction but never dispensed my money!
What a privilege to have a small home town bank to do business with. It is locally owned, and an integral part of the community. It is nice if there is ever a problem to be able to walk in and talk to a real live person who understands customer service. Would never think about banking at one of the big banks.
