Terrible bank. Donna lies to customers and is never available to answer the phone and give assistance. Samantha is amazing and helps a lot but Donna is never by the phone when needing assistance. She also hung up on a customer when asked about mailing card. She lied like visa sends the cards but the bank does. Terrible manager. Do not bank with.
