My online banking wasnt working so I called in to get it fixed. The person who helped me said everything was good and told me my balance. Two days later the same thing happened so I went in and they told me that the account was canceled and the money that was in the account was returned. That is absolutely untrue!!! They have the money somewhere and there is no clarification where it went. If youre going to close someone's account maybe let that person know so a whole paycheck isnt just up in the air somewhere.
