I read a lot of bad reviews about associated bank. In my experiance everything has been great Customer service is always on par, Never had any problems with my account or even the mobile app. They are always understanding when there is an issue and are quick to resolve it Good to have a hometown bank I can go into when I do have an issue.
I really like FNB better. But, unfortunately FNB was bought out by Associated Bank. I like the people there, not necessarily the management. It serves my purpose for the most part. But, if I want a small loan of $10,000 or less, I would apply elsewhere because Associated Bank won't lend that small of an amount.
Don't work with this bank. They can't even accept online payments from chase bank and keep giving late fees that I have to go through hell to get reversed when it's their antiquated systems at fault.
