Great Service.
Horrible staff. I politely asked for a phone number to give to a family member who is traveling overseas in retirement, and they all (5) laughed as the supervisor repeated loudly 3 times, she couldn’t give any information! When I clarified that I simply wanted a phone number my relative could call from abroad, they all laughed as she said she couldn’t even give me the phone number. This bank has very bad issues. I have a joint account with my husband. I applied for a personal checking account. I am starting my retirement income. I requested my own personal account for this money. I'm disabled from a paralyzing stroke. I requested an online bank account. I can walk or drive. They never replied. So I called them. Terrible to customers
Came to this bank as a visitor to make a deposit for my friend and dealt with the most rude employee I have ever dealt with in my life. She was abrupt and failed to mention in the beginning this was a local bank only and not national. She had the audacity to try and STAPLE my cash to the deposit slip I sent it to try and make things harder for me for NO reason.
