Horrible staff. I politely asked for a phone number to give to a family member who is traveling overseas in retirement, and they all (5) laughed as the supervisor repeated loudly 3 times, she couldn’t give any information! When I clarified that I simply wanted a phone number my relative could call from abroad, they all laughed as she said she couldn’t even give me the phone number.
