Horrible staff. I politely asked for a phone number to give to a family member who is traveling overseas in retirement, and they all (5) laughed as the supervisor repeated loudly 3 times, she couldn’t give any information! When I clarified that I simply wanted a phone number my relative could call from abroad, they all laughed as she said she couldn’t even give me the phone number. This bank has very bad issues. I have a joint account with my husband. I applied for a personal checking account. I am starting my retirement income. I requested my own personal account for this money. I'm disabled from a paralyzing stroke. I requested an online bank account. I can walk or drive. They never replied. So I called them. One of the managers said I was denied because they were under suspension of my request. I couldn't get the manager to understand my situation. I will not deal with this bank again.
