It's a good bank, if you don't mind the waiting.
Dropped in while traveling and asked to exchange a $20 (from their ATM) for a roll of quarters to do my laundry across the street. The clerk was nice enough but refused to do so because I don’t have an account there. I’m sure this is one of those ridiculously overreaching “anti money laundering regulations” corporate offices come up with, but it’s hard to tell what these banks even do anymore
