Very rude customer service. Went to cash a check because the check had the name of the bank on it. The teller was on the phone probably talking to his wife. He hung up the phone and then was Sarcastic in his words, I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them
I found myself lost in downtown Youngstown looking for FNB. Sugar stayed on the phone with me until I pulled up. I was completely frazzled but she was absolutely amazing and had me calmed down and laughing in no time. You're a Rockstar Sugar 💜
