Both the MP and Charleston branches are great to work with. We have our business account here and they have always done an exceptional job! Amy Link in MP goes the extra mile being sure our account has everything we need!
Their ATMs don't work. And they won't give you your money back. A representative told me they knew the machine was not working properly and still wouldn't help me

I was with this bank for a few years and am so sad to leave! I only left because I moved states. The Branch Manager, Jeff, is incredible and very helpful. Erica is also really great and helped me with the moving transition. Definitely would recommend FNB. Also their app is very easy to use!
