This branch was by far the worst that I have ever experienced. I was attempting to cash a check from the person who wrote it who has an account with First National Bank, and I was informed that I could not cash the check here or any other branch due to the amount of the check. I have done this multiple times with other first national banks with no issue but Brenda the teller/banker said I need to take it to my own bank and the assistant branch manager DiCarlo Attempted to call the other banks and they did not have the funds ... read more
I went to cash a check from a customer that was drawn off of First National Bank, the lady didn't even look at the check amd is going to tell me that they can't cash the check because it's over the limit for non customers. So this location has a limit of less than a hundred dollars. This is bogus!
I've received nothing but kind, courtesy and prompt professional services since being with this bank for over five years. The staff is so patient and caring. They try to offer the best advice when handling funds. The only negative is the ten or more business hold on funds from other banking institutions.
Teller Kim was EXCELLENT. Kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service thank you!
