Extremely poor customer service
So bad customer service.. do go there
Do NOT EVER bank here. We did a loan with them and had the WORST experience ever. I rarely write reviews or complain, however, in this case I had to. Below are the things we found to be problematic: 1) They do not have a secure site to upload sensitive documentation. We sent everything either via unsecure email or had to provide the documentation in person. 2) We started this process in early July and ended up closing in late September. 3) They require you to open a bank account with them in order to do a loan and payments t... read more
