Extremely poor customer service
So bad customer service.. do go there
Do NOT EVER bank here. We did a loan with them and had the WORST experience ever. I rarely write reviews or complain, however, in this case I had to. Below are the things we found to be problematic: 1) They do not have a secure site to upload sensitive documentation.
