absolutely the best customer service
These guys were awesome. Banks always take time, which should be expected. They made my wait comfortable and helped with everything I needed to get done. One of my best banking experiences ever.
Discriminatory check cashing policies. Refused to cash check written on their bank while making up a limit of $750. Couldn't show a written policy. Told me I would have to travel 30 minutes to the bank the account was opened at if I wanted to cash.
