We moved here from Pgh PA and originally planned to close out our accounts because of our experience at another branch there. However, the Woodruff Road location completely changed our minds. Managers, Justin and Pedro literally come out of their offices to greet us when we arrive. Their conversations reminds me of the “good old banker days’” when people genuinely took the time to ask about your day, your plans or even chat about local reataurants. Another "Johnny Come Lately" one branch bank in Gville. Avoid Brookelyn. Accuses customer when does not want to do modest work or help. Prior branch manager Marty is now at Pinnacle Bank Mauldin & best to not contact. BAD CREDIT, NO CREDIT, BANKRUPTCY, New on the job, NEW in TOWN, JUDGEMENT, LIEN, REPOSSESSION NO PROBLEM! Can’t cash a check written to my name???? She didn’t even allow me to use her pen to sing my check. Went to the next location same bank, cash it with no problem. Would never open an account here.
