First National Bank is a terrible bank to bank with due to their unnecessary, overly restrictive security measures, archaic app, and a limited amount of branches. I have had an account with FNB for years, but I switched to PNC after moving away from this area. If I want to transfer money online from my FNB account to a different account, I can only transfer up to $250 per transfer, and I can only transfer up to $500 out of my account per day, so if I want to transfer more lines I have to go into a retail branch. This is my new bank. I’m electronically challenged but the staff here makes that a “non-issue”. If i need assistance, don’t understand something or just want some information, all of them go out of their way to be as helpful as possible.
