I don't like making negative reviews but there is apparently week representation at the bank. Trying to validate funds from a customer of the bank, the representative told my bank that they would verify a few things and call them back. After wasting 45 minutes, I had my bank recheck and the contact stated they needed another supervisor to review the request. Not impressed with the slow roll and the staff that wasted my time and my banks!
My most SINCERE thanks to the teller at the Bar Harbor drive-up who waited an extra 10 minutes after closing so I could make a deposit critical in assisting my daughter's obtaining an apartment.
We have been customers of FNB Bar Harbor for more than 10 years. We have experienced excellent, personable, knowledgeable and competent service from the day we opened our accounts in 2009. We have found that everyone with whom we have had the pleasure of interacting went above and beyond our expectations to ensure our transactions were completed as we needed.
