Our business loves working with Katie, Chris and PJ (branch manager). They always have large sums available for cash withdrawal and they know us by name. Very professional - not sure at ALL what the other reviewers are referring to. We are always greeted with a smile, coffee and they call us if they feel there’s a problem, unusual activity or to verify employee checks, when needed. Much appreciated!! Thanks!!
I had to at least put 1 star to be able to post..but it is truly NO stars. The customer care is lacking. We have been a very long time client with First National and was just handed off with no manager involvement related to an expensive fee that was charged... which was told they couldn't do anything..I call bullcrap!! You want to access fees on top of the actual charge, I was not told of this fee, it could have overdrawn my account and you guys would have gotten me for even more fees. Be weary of First National... i deposit money to the bank and i keep it in the account for 2 months now i try to withdraw and try to make pay bills , they wont let me withdraw and hold my money for 2 months without any call, email , I went to the branch to talk to them but they so rude and said im hacking the account so i will keep the money
